Brooke is from Burnsville, Minnesota. She is a sophomore at NDSU majoring in nursing. On campus she is involved in Student Nursing Association and Women’s Health and Wellness Club. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, and watching reality TV shows. She is looking forward to being a Peer Navigator because she wants to help students thrive and succeed.
Faith Cooper

Faith is from Coon Rapids, MN. This is her second year at NDSU and she’s double majoring in Accounting and Finance with a minor in economics. After graduating she wants to work for the government or try to get her CPA license. In her free time, she likes to listen to music and paint. She loves being a career mentor because she loves helping people get closer to their dream.
Jahzara Davis

Jahzara is originally from the Pacific Northwest and grew up in Tacoma, WA. She moved to Fargo in 2024 to attend NDSU and be near family. She obtained her Associate of Arts degree from Tacoma Community College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of University Studies at NDSU. As a Career Mentor, she’s happy to assist students with career advice and aims to build strong connections with faculty. In her free time, she loves reading Jon Hassler books, watching YouTube videos, and biking MN parks.
Ella Feenstra
Career Mentor
Ella is from Rochester Minnesota and is a sophomore here at NDSU. She is double majoring in Psychology and Human Development and Family Sciences and hopes to use those to work in pediatric psychology after schooling. In Ella’s free time she likes to go on walks with friends, play Wii in her apartment, and curl up with a good book. She decided to become a Career Mentor to give students a welcoming place to find help and watch them grow and learn while they’re here at NDSU.
Gabrielle Garrett

Gabrielle is from Omaha, Nebraska and is a senior here at NDSU. She is majoring in Strategic Communication and minoring in Apparel, Retail, Merchandising and Design. Outside of school, she spends a majority of her time as an athlete on the NDSU Women’s Soccer Team. She loves working as a Marketing Assistant because she gets to encourage students to take advantage of the resources that are provided by the Career and Advising Center through social media and blog posts. In her free time she enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and discussing pop culture!
Lauren Hornbacher

Lauren is from Bismarck, North Dakota, and attended NDSU for her undergraduate degree. She is currently a graduate student in NDSU’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. Lauren is excited to serve as a Success Coach because she enjoys helping others grow, build confidence, and reach their full potential. Outside of campus, Lauren delights in spending time with her family, friends, and cats, playing cards, listening to vinyl, and watching movies. She looks forward to working with students and supporting them as they navigate college and flourish at NDSU!
Patrick Kadrmas

Patrick Kadrmas is in his senior year here at NDSU. From Fargo, North Dakota, he is pursuing a dual major degree in Social Science Education & History. Outside of working in the Career and Advising Center, Patrick is involved heavily on campus ranging from being a Student Senator in Student Government, Co-President for the College of Arts & Sciences Ambassadors, and as the Chief Administrator for the North Dakota Student Association. When he’s not focused on campus related activities, Patrick likes listening to all types of music, collecting vinyl records, spending time with friends & family, and learning about the most random historical topics he can find! He is excited to be a Career Mentor because he enjoys seeing people’s success, while being a steppingstone in that process, which also transfers into his reasonings to become a future educator.

She is actively involved on campus through Greek Life as a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and the Student Nursing Association. In her free time, Allie enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending sporting events, and being outdoors. She is excited to serve as a Peer Navigator because she is passionate about helping students succeed and become the best versions of themselves.

Nevaeh is from Clark, South Dakota and is a junior at NDSU majoring in marketing with minors in entrepreneurship and graphic design. She is active on campus through Greek Life as a member of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority and NDSU Business Ambassadors. In her free time Nevaeh enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, trying new coffee shops, and going to the movies. She is excited to serve as a Marketing Assistant because she gets to show the NDSU community all the resources and opportunities the Career and Advising Center offers.

Laura is from Buffalo, Minnesota. She is a junior at NDSU majoring in Veterinary Technology and minoring in Animal Science. In her free time, she likes to hang out with friends and family, read, do anything involving being creative, go on walks, and hang out with her pets. She is excited to be a Career Mentor to help students feel successful and confident in what they want to do for a future career and plans.
Arian Sadeghi

Arian is from Tehran, Iran, and is a third year student studying Business Administration at NDSU. He is interested in international business and wants to learn more about sales managing, accounting and marketing. His favorite hobby is trying underrated and less globally known foods from different countries and he is also familiar with programming languages like JavaScript and C++ because of his brother who has a big passion for video game design. At the Career and Advising Center, Arian looks forward to help and support other students to reach their professional goals and desired jobs in their field of expertise.

Artin is from Tehran, Iran, and is a sophomore at NDSU majoring in Electrical Engineering. He is interested in solar power and other forms of renewable energy and hopes to explore how he can use electrical engineering in this field. In his free time, Artin enjoys working on game development, which allows him to combine his interests in coding, drawing, and sound design. As a Career Mentor at the Career and Advising Center, Artin looks forward to helping students understand the different career paths and opportunities available to them based on their interests and choice of major.

Sawyer is from St. Francis, MN and starting his PhD in Nutrition and Exercise Science. He has both a Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Nutrition Science. His research interests include alternative diet trends, university students’ perceptions of diet culture, and the theory of emerging adults. Post graduation, he hopes to teach nutrition science at a university level somewhere in the Midwest. He is excited to continue at the Career and Advising Center and to help students work toward achieving their goals during and after university.

Elise is from Phoenix, Arizona, and is a junior at NDSU majoring in History Education with a minor in Spanish Studies. She is passionate about historical research and helping others learn and achieve their academic and career goals. Outside of academics, Elise enjoys being involved on campus and connecting with fellow students. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in education and continue helping others discover new things and grow.
