Do you have an interview coming up soon and you are not feeling confident in it? Well the NDSU Career and Advising Center has different ways for you to prepare for your upcoming interview!
Mock Interviews: The Career and Advising Center does mock interviews to help students prepare for any interviews they have coming up. Schedule an appointment with either a Career Coach or the Career Mentors. Make sure to tell us what you are applying to so we can tailor questions to fit the position or industry you are going into!
Interview Tips and Tricks: If you do not feel ready to jump straight into a mock interview, but just want to talk through the logistics of an interview, schedule an appointment to talk about interview tips and tricks! It allows you to sit down with a Career Coach or a Career Mentor about different types of interviews and what questions to expect and how to answer them. It is a good starting place for those who are not sure how an interview works.
To schedule a appointment with us, go to Bison Advise and click the big blue “Get Assistance” button. Then under type of appointment, choose “Career Services” and then choose either mock interview or interview tips and tricks! If you are choosing to do a mock interview, then also make sure to fill out our Mock Interview Request Form so we can get more information regarding your mock interview!
