Jack is currently a senior at North Dakota State University majoring in Psychology and minoring in Business Administration. Through his studies, he is pursuing a career in human resources. As a Career Mentor, he can be found assisting students with resumes, cover letters, interviews, job search, and career exploration. Outside of being a Career Mentor and student, Jack enjoys exploring the outdoors, golfing, kayaking, lifting weights, spending time with family and friends, and just about anything else sports related.
Sabrina is currently a sophomore majoring in accounting at NDSU. She grew up in Kenyon, Minnesota, and in her free time enjoys playing golf, reading books, watching movies, being outside in nature, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Bison. As a Career Mentor, Sabrina is excited to assist students and alumni with career exploration, interview prep, job searches, resume and cover letter review, and anything else career-related!
Lauren grew up in Moorhead, MN, and is currently a Business Administration and Sales student at NDSU. She would love to assist you with any career help you need, including resume, cover letter, interview, and career exploration skills over a cup of coffee! Nick is currently a junior at NDSU studying Sports Management with a minor in Business. Nick can be found at the career center providing feedback with cover letters, resumes, career exploration, and conducting interviews. He can also be found in the classroom giving presentation for the various career fairs hosted by the career center and then found at the fairs when they occur. Aside from the career center, Nick was born and raised in Minnesota so he really enjoys being outside whether he is hunting, out on the lake, camping, or spending time with family. Additionally, Nick is very passionate about sports; playing them, watching them, or talking about them is a daily occurrence.
Hunter Keller is a sophomore from Beulah, North Dakota majoring in Business Administration. She loves helping her fellow students with their resumes, cover letters and all other services the Career Center provides, usually with a cup of coffee (or three) in hand. When not in class or at the Career Center, Hunter can be found catching up with friends over coffee or ice cream, cheering on the Bison, and reading in her hammock.
Isabel was born and raised in Northeast Minneapolis and is currently a sophomore majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. Post-graduation she hopes to attend occupational therapy school with a focus on Pediatrics. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with various organizations, coaching figure skating, and hanging out with her friends. As a Career Mentor Isabel enjoys conducting mock interviews, helping students with career exploration, and anything else career related.
Bruno P. Lozano
In his everyday path to leadership, Bruno can be found in the Career Center helping students with resume, cover letters, interviews, and more. When he isn’t helping students he works to create interesting articles that will improve a student not only in the workforce, but in their personal life. Bruno has had multiple work experiences during his life that has proven helpful to his growth as a leader. He main focus is his academic career but he enjoys being with friends. Aside from creating goals that will let him shine academically, his side goal is to create the best latte art at home. This coffee fanatic is excited to work with all types of students. Helping students find their future path in the workforce is more rewarding than a fresh cup of coffee on a Monday morning.
Career Mentor, LC McGuigan, is from Rapid City, South Dakota. She is a second year architecture student who is excited by the future and all of its possibilities. In the Career Center, LC’s goal is to prepare students for whatever their next step may be by answering questions about job searches, resumes, cover letters, interviewing and more. Outside of being a Career Mentor, LC focuses on spending time with friends and working on school projects. She also enjoys things like photography, origami and cooking.
Morgan is a freshman from Brooten, Minnesota majoring in Animal Science. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog and many cats. When she isn’t studying, you can find her cracking jokes with her friends. She also likes to help others which is why she enjoys working in the Career Center. As a mentor, she wants to prepare other students for their careers by assisting them with their resumes, cover letters, and more!
Major: Educational Leadership – Higher Education Master’s program
As a Career Mentor, Andrea can be found helping students fine tune their resumes, cover letters, assist in interview prep, and helping students with career exploration.
Andrea is currently a graduate student in the Educational Leadership – Higher Education track Master’s program to pursue her dream of being an academic advisor! She thrives helping students discover their own career path by guiding them along the way.
Outside of the Career Center, Andrea enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and family. She loves to play board games, try new restaurants, and spend time outdoors, while trying not to get sunburned! :)
As a Career Mentor, Tanner’s responsibilities include welcoming students into the Career Center while assisting students improve their resume, cover letter, any interview preparation, career exploration, and helping with Career Fairs.
Tanner is currently a sophomore, pursuing a major in Finance with a minor in Economics. He is also involved with Business Connections, which is a mentor program for business students who are paired with a professional in their field of study to network and gain real world experience.
Outside of NDSU you can find Tanner actively in the gym, in the woods, or on the water with friends and family. Tanner loves watching and playing sports, grilling, hosting, and being around people.
Nathan Seefeldt is a senior from Monticello, MN and is currently studying to be an Electrical Engineer. As a Career Mentor, Nathan’s responsibilities include answering the phone, conducting mock interviews, and helping students with resume/cover letter help, career exploration, and whatever other questions they may have. Beyond life at the office, he enjoys hanging with friends, exploring the outdoors, biking around campus, and playing the ukulele. He is also heavily involved on campus in Chi-Alpha and Engineering Ambassadors, which provide him even more opportunities to connect to and relate with fellow students.
Career Mentor, Katie Skalicky, keeps herself busy in the career studio and Barry Hall with resume and cover letter critiques, answering phone calls, presenting and marketing upcoming career fairs and expos to classes throughout campus, and being one of the first friendly faces you see while walking in to the Career Center. Katie is currently pursuing a degree in Crop and Weed Science with Biotechnology and minoring in Agricultural Communication. She plans to use her degree to work with global food security issues in hopes of being involved in the elimination of world hunger. Before joining the Career Center staff, she has worked with many agriculture business throughout the past couple of summers through internships. In Katie’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, exploring Fargo, attending Bison sporting events, and coaching for the Fargo Polars girl’s lacrosse program.
Elizabeth is a sophomore currently majoring in Human Development and Family Science as well as Women and Gender Studies. When she is not answering the phone or helping students in the Career Center, you can always find her petting any dog that steps foot on campus. She grew up in Maple Grove Minnesota on a hobby farm where she spent most of her childhood outdoors and with animals. In her free time she still enjoys being active outdoors, as well as reading and watching movies. Elizabeth also spends time volunteering at the Center for Avian Adoption, Rescue, and Education center in Fargo.
Alecia Vogl is currently a second year architecture student at NDSU. Her career goal after graduation is to become a licensed architect and apply her design skills to her future career. She grew up in Webster, South Dakota and enjoys spending time with my family and friends, playing sports, binge watching Netflix, and volunteering for different organizations. As a Career Mentor, Alecia can help you improve resumes and cover letters, find jobs or internships, navigate through CareerLink, LinkedIn, and more.
Sammi is currently a senior, pursuing a major in Finance. She is President and Co-Founder of Women in Business, which is a student organization aimed towards developing networking and professionalism skills for women in the College of Business. She would love to assist with any career help needed including resume, cover letter, career exploration and interview preparation.
In her free time Sammi loves spending time with her puppy, friends and family. She also loves Bison tailgates and getting back home to visit the Twin Cities as much as possible!
