What’s Going On This Week?

Lots of exciting career fairs and other events are going on this week. This is your one stop shop to get a quick glance at the week!

Meet the Firms (09/12/2023):

Meet the Firm’s is a career fair focused on accounting and finance students (not open to the general public). It will be located in Barry Hall from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. It is recommended to dress business professionally for this fair and to bring copies of your resume!

Criminal Justice Career Fair (09/13/2023):

This fair is hosted and organized by the NDSU Department of Criminal Justice! It is there for the criminal justice students who are looking to explore opportunities all around. There is going to be over 30 Federal, State, County, Municipal, and Private agencies for students to talk to. It takes place in the Oceti Sakowin Ballroom in the Memorial Union from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm on September 13th.

College of Health and Human Sciences Career Fair (09/14/2023):

This fair is hosted and organized by the NDSU College of Health and Human Sciences. Students in this college are invited to look around and talk to different people and companies in the industry to look for future internships, jobs, or just receive general information. It will take place in the Fargodome from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm. It is recommended to dress business professionally and bring copies of your resume to this event!

Coffee and Careers (09/15/2023):

Come talk to the Career and Advising Center about the upcoming Career Expo on September 20th or any other career related questions you might have. Free coffee and donuts will be at this event for students to enjoy while engaging with the CAC staff. This event will be located outside in the Reineke Courtyard (next to the Music Ed Building and across the street from T Lots) and take place from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.

Make sure to stop by the Career and Advising Center to tidy up your resume or find a career fair ready outfit to be prepared for these different career fairs coming up!
