What advice would you give a student who is in the process of searching and applying for an internship?
Always start a conversation. Even if you aren’t directly interested in a company or aren’t actively seeking an internship, always strike up a conversation and network. Knowing people and having contact information is gold when it comes to the professional world. People may know someone who could help you, or even to be able to reach out to someone after a while and tell them all you have accomplished.
