The Part-time and Summer Jobs Fair is an excellent opportunity to connect with students to discuss or interview for current part-time and summer job opportunities.
The NDSU Part-Time and Summer Jobs Fair is open to NDSU all students.
Registration for the Part-time and Summer Jobs Fair begins at 8:00 am on November 1, 2019.
Please register for this event in CAREERLINK. If you do not yet have a CAREERLINK account, here are some steps to set up your account and to register for an event.
The registration deadline is 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 10. 2020.
If would like to register after the deadline, please contact Briana Nupdal, Events Manager, at 701. 231.7172 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if space is available.
If you are purchasing an electronic and newspaper ad, please email your company logo to email@example.com by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2020. The preferred logo formats are: eps vector file or a print quality 300 dpi jpeg, gif, or png.

Registration includes: (1) 6′ table, (2) chairs, wireless internet, and refreshments. Electricity is available upon request to a limited number of tables and will be available on a first come, first served basis.
The registration fee must be paid in full by 4 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2020 to have access to your booth space.
Registration fees must be paid by credit card or electronic check ONLY.
NOTE: There is no registration fee for NDSU departments, please disregard automatic email with attached invoice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation notification is appreciated so we may inform students. A refund of the registration fee (minus a $50 administrative fee) will be given for cancellations received by 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2020. There is no refund of the registration fee for cancellations after 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2020.
General Event Information
– Students will be available to assist in the unloading and loading process
– One parking pass per company will be provided, we encourage carpooling
– Please pick up your parking pass at the south entrance of the Memorial Union (entrance by the Bookstore)
– Parking is available in the MU Lot, Visitor Lot E, or T2 Lot
– There is the option of paid parking at the kiosk in these lots – they accept both cash and credit cards
