Opportunity Overview

Come work for the global test and automation specialists, where we design the automation and test solutions that power tomorrow’s technology. Teradyne engineers design and build complex systems that touch on all areas of electrical engineering including DC, RF, analog, PCB fabrication, power and more. It is truly “DC to light.”

The Teradyne Minnesota location is a small and tight knit group of engineers working on the latest designs. The ideal candidate should be highly curious and have a good grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals. The primary responsibility of this role will be hands-on design verification work where you will learn how to make advanced measurements using a variety of lab equipment. If you’re interested in getting exposure to the product development process and lots of hands-on work, this is the opportunity for you.

  • Pursuing BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Some prior experience with typical electrical engineering lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMM, function generators, etc.
  • The candidate must be able to physically travel to Teradyne’s campus in Arden Hills, Minnesota for work purposes during the summer of 2025.
  • The candidate should be able to work full-time through the summer.
  • Passionate about electronics and engineering.
