Are you a people person with a passion for organization, creativity, and making a difference? Join SEARHC’s HR team this summer as a Recruitment Intern and help us find the next generation of healthcare heroes! You’ll gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, data management, and HR operations—all while surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Southeast Alaska.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- 📁 Digitize and organize employee records using DynaFile (our document management sidekick).
- 🔍 Audit files to ensure everything is accurate and up to date.
- 🧠 Support high-priority projects from our Operations Director and CHRO—no coffee runs here!
- 💬 Help craft email campaigns, build candidate databases, and manage responses like a pro.
- 🎯 Tackle other exciting tasks as they come your way.
🎓 What You Bring
- A high school diploma or GED (check!)
- Currently enrolled in college, preferably studying Business, HR, or Marketing
- Bonus points for customer service or admin experience
- A curious mind, a can-do attitude, and a love for teamwork
