ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation activities
- Support procurement and purchasing activities, including supplier communication and purchase order tracking
- Help analyze production schedules and material availability to support manufacturing operations
- Collect, organize, and analyze supply chain data using spreadsheets and the ERP system
- Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and waste elimination
- Prepare reports and presentations related to inventory levels, supplier performance, and operational metrics
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and customer service teams to support daily operations
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Basic understanding of inventory management and manufacturing processes
- Experience working with data analysis or reporting tools
