Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist with recruiting activities, including reviewing applications, conducting pre-screens, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks and screenings.
  • Keep communication flowing between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring everyone stays informed and supported.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking records to keep our hiring process running efficiently.
  • Contribute ideas and content that highlight our culture and help attract great talent.

HR Operations Support

  • Maintain organized HR files, onboarding checklists, and assist with basic reporting to support consistent, reliable processes.
  • Support timecard management by helping ensure employees and managers complete edits and approvals on schedule.
  • Assist with employee recognition efforts, training coordination, and other development activities that help our people grow.
  • Support new hire benefits enrollment and help employees navigate available resources.
  • Assist with tracking leave requests and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in HR projects that improve processes, strengthen culture, and enhance the employee experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • A genuine interest in people-focused work and how HR shapes a strong, healthy workplace.
  • Clear communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks.
  • A willingness to take initiative, learn quickly, and follow through on commitments.
  • A collaborative mindset and appreciation for a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience across both recruiting and HR operations.
  • Insight into how a purpose-driven company supports and develops its workforce.
  • Opportunities to contribute ideas and take ownership of meaningful tasks.
  • Mentorship from HR professionals who are invested in your growth.
  • A chance to be part of a team that values excellence, continuous improvement, accountability, and community.
