Bond Sports is a fast growing SAAS company that helps power the youth & recreational sports and fitness market. We help any owner or operator of recreational sports facilities improve their business operations and better manage their courts, ice, fields, pools, gyms or other athletic spaces. The Opportunity

Bond Sports is transforming the way sports facilities operate—modernizing scheduling, payments, and communication all in one powerful platform. We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our growth and expand our reach. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to make a real impact, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Become a subject matter expert on the Bond Sports platform and the needs of the sports facilities we serve
  • Drive high-volume, high-quality outreach through phone, email, and social platforms to connect with our prospective partners
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into demos and revenue
  • Promote the industry-leading product that is well-received by potential partners
  • Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly and quarterly targets



Who You Are

  • 1+ years in a sales, SDR, or BDR role—preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Bonus points for experience in youth sports, sports tech, facility management, or recreation
  • Competitive, curious, and coachable with a growth mindset
  • Excellent communicator—concise, persuasive, and confident in both writing and speaking
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and modern sales tools
  • Team-first attitude with a genuine passion for sports, tech, and winning as a group
