ACG Analytics, LLC (ACGA), an independent investment research firm based in Washington, D.C., is seeking a Fall 2026 intern to join our team. The internship will run from September 8th – December 18th, 2026. Undergraduate interns receive pay of $18.40/hour, based upon hours worked. The ACGA office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Interns typically work 2-3 days per week or around 16-24 hours, dependent on the student’s schedule.

ACGA translates public policy developments into actionable insight for institutional investors. We provide forward-looking policy research and analysis to prominent investment firms with assets under management exceeding $100 billion, equipping clients to anticipate how legislative, regulatory, and geopolitical developments may affect markets and portfolio strategy.
Our work spans key policy arenas in the United States, European Union, Asia, and Latin America. We assess how government actions, including legislation, executive authority, regulatory rulemakings, and geopolitical shifts, shape investor decision-making across sectors.
Interns are an integral part of our research process and contribute meaningfully to our work. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring legislative, regulatory, and executive branch developments
- Watching congressional hearings and summarizing key takeaways for internal and client use
- Tracking statements and actions by policymakers and relevant stakeholders
- Contributing to daily policy briefings and written client communications
- Attending client calls and meetings and taking detailed notes to support follow-up analysis
- Supporting sector-specific research projects
- Assisting with analysis across financial services, housing, defense, technology, telecommunications, foreign affairs, artificial intelligence, crypto, energy, healthcare, trade policy, and other areas
This position is ideal for students with strong analytical writing skills, a demonstrated interest in public policy and capital markets, and the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely in a fast-paced environment.
