Part-Time Jobs Fair
The Part-Time Jobs Fair is an annual fall fair for students looking to connect with employers offering part-time job opportunities both on and off campus. This fair is open to all NDSU students. This event is not open to the general public.
Student Info:
Are you looking for a part-time job or internship? Then this fair is for you! We will have over 40 employers located both on-campus and in the F/M area that are looking to talk to students like you. Head to the Oceti Sakowin Ballroom in the Memorial Union on September 3rd between 1-4pm to discover some awesome job opportunities. No pre-registration necessary, feel free to drop in between classes!
What to bring: Student ID and copies of your resume.

- Check out the Career and Advising Center! We can help with resumes, cover letters, mock interviews, career fair tips, and more. Our office is located in Ceres Hall 306 and we are open Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm for drop-in services or by appointment.

Employer Info:
Employer registration will open in Handshake on July 1st and close on August 20th. The Part-Time Jobs Fair is our annual fall fair for current NDSU students looking for part-time positions during the school year. This is an all-industry, all-major fair. This fair is not open to the general public. This fair is free to NDSU departments looking to hire students for the semester or academic year. Please reach out to Libby Hardwick-Nelson (libby.hardwicknelson@ndsu.edu) for any registration questions.
Registration fee: $200
Registration includes: Registration for 2 representatives, a 6′ table with 2 chairs, Wifi, and free parking.
Payment: Once your registration has been approved by our office, you will receive an email from Handshake with your invoice and payment instructions. We accept payments via our online payment portal or by mailing a check. Your registration will not be complete until payment is received.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your registration after paying, please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Parking: Parking is available for free in several lots on campus. An email will be sent out to the registrant a week before the event with instructions on how to register your vehicle(s).
Detailed event instructions will be sent out to employer registrants two weeks prior to the fair. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We hope to see you at the fair!
