The Summer Jobs & Interns

This Fair (formerly known as the Part-Time & Summer Jobs Fair) is an annual spring event for students to connect with employers offering part-time, internship, or seasonal job opportunities. This fair is open to NDSU students of all majors. It is not open to the general public.

Are you looking for a summer job or internship? Then this fair is for you! We have over 50 employers that are looking to talk to students like you. Head to the Oceti Sakowin Ballroom in the Memorial Union on March 25th between 1-4pm to discover some awesome job opportunities. No pre-registration necessary, feel free to drop in between classes!

What to bring: Student ID and copies of your resume.

Prepare for the fair:

  • Check out the Career and Advising Center! We can help with resumes, cover letters, mock interviews, career fair tips, and more. Our office is located in Ceres Hall 306 and we are open Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm for drop-in services or by appointment

Employer Info:

The Summer Jobs & Internships Fair is for employers looking to recruit NDSU students for part-time, full-time, seasonal, and/or internship positions.  This event is only for bona fide employers looking to fill open positions. Third Party Recruiters and the general public may not attend. Registration will open in Handshake on December 1st and close on March 11th, or when space capacity has been met. 

Registration fee: $200

Registration includes: 6′ table, 2 chairs, Wi-Fi, and free parking. *Please note we cannot guarantee access to electricity

Payment: Once your registration has been approved by our office, you will receive an email from Handshake with your invoice and payment information. We accept electronic payment or check. Payment is due March 11, 2026. Your registration is not complete until payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel the registration for any employer who has not paid by the due date. We also reserve the right to decline a registration due to repeated delinquent payments. Should you need to cancel your registration, please review our cancellation policy below.

Parking: Parking is available for free in several lots on campus. An email will be sent out to the event registrant one week prior to the event with parking passes, maps, and additional information.
