Part-Time Jobs Fair

The Part-Time Jobs Fair is an annual fall event for NDSU students to connect with employers offering part-time job or internship opportunities. This fair is open to students of ALL majors.

Are you looking for a part-time job or internship? Then this fair is for you! We will have over 50 employers located both on-campus and in the F/M area that are looking to talk to students like you. Head to the Oceti Sakowin Ballroom in the Memeorial Union on September 4th between 1-4pm to discover some awesome job opportunities. No pre-registration necessary, feel free to drop in between classes!

What to bring: Student ID and copies of your resume.

Prepare for the fair:

  • Check out the Career and Advising Center! We can help with resumes, cover letters, mock interviews, career fair tips, and more. Our office is located in Ceres Hall 306 and we are open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm for drop-in services or by appointment.

Employer Info:

Employer registration will open in Handshake on July 1st and close on August 21st, or when space capacity has been met. This fair is for employers seeking part-time employees or interns who are currently enrolled at NDSU. If you are an NDSU Department who would like to attend the fair, please email libby.hardwicknelson@ndsu.edu for registration instructions.

Registration fee: $200

Registration includes: 6′ table, 2 chairs, Wifi, and free parking. *Please note we cannot guarantee access to electricity

Payment: Once your registration has been approved by our office, you will receive an email from Handshake with your invoice and payment information. We accept electronic payment or check. Your registration will not be complete until payment is received.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the fair will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received 6 days or less prior to the event are non-refundable. In the event that the fair is cancelled by NDSU due to weather or other campus closure, employers will receive a refund of their fees, less a $50 administrative fee. Registration is non-transferrable. We promote our career fairs to the best of our ability, utilizing social media, print media, emails, information sessions, and more. We do not guarantee any level of student attendance and participation, and we do not issue refunds based on student attendance or lack thereof.

Parking: Parking is available for free in several lots on campus. An email will be sent out to the event registrant one week prior to the event with parking instructions.
