HELPS Career Fair

The HELPS Career Fair is a new spring fair for students looking for internships or full-time roles in the industries of health, education, law enforcement, and public services. This fair is open to NDSU students and alumni of all majors. It is not open to the general public.

Student Info:

This fair is open to all NDSU students and alumni who are interested in careers in the areas of health, education, law enforcement, and/or public service. No pre-registration is necessary!

What to bring: Student ID and copies of your resume.

Prepare for the fair:

  • Learn more about career fair preparation here.
  • Check out the Career and Advising Center! We can help with resumes, cover letters, mock interviews, career fair tips, and more. Our office is located in Ceres Hall 306 and we are open Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm for drop-in services or by appointment.

Registration fee: $100

Registration includes: (1) 6′ table, registration for 2 representatives, Wi-Fi, and free parking. *Please note that we cannot guarantee access to electricity

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received 6 days or less prior to the event or day-of event no-shows, are non-refundable (see specific dates below). In the event that the fair is cancelled by NDSU due to weather or other campus closure, employers will receive a refund of their fees, less a $50 administrative fee. Registration is non-transferrable. We promote our fairs to the best of our ability, utilizing social media, print media, emails, information sessions, and more. We do not guarantee any level of student attendance and participation, and we do not issue refunds based on student attendance or lack thereof.

  • Cancellation on or prior to March 25, 2025: Full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation after March 25, 2025: No refund

Parking: Parking is available for free in several lots on campus. An email will be sent out to the event registrant one week prior to the event with parking passes, maps, and additional information.
