Part-Time & Summer Jobs Fair
The Part-Time & Summer Jobs Fair is an annual spring event for students to connect with employers offering part-time, internship, or seasonal opportunities. This fair is open to NDSU students of all majors.

Are you looking for a summer job, part-time job, or internship? Then this fair is for you! We have over 70 employers that are looking to talk to students like you. Head to the Oceti Sakowin Ballroom in the Memeorial Union on March 26th between 1-4pm to discover some awesome job opportunities. No pre-registration necessary, feel free to drop in between classes!
What to bring: Student ID and copies of your resume.

Employer Info:
Employer registration will open in Handshake on December 2, 2024. This fair is for employers seeking part-time or seasonal employees or interns who are currently enrolled at NDSU.
Registration fee: $200
Registration includes: 6′ table, 2 chairs, Wifi, and free parking. *Please note we cannot guarantee access to electricity
Payment: Once your registration has been approved by our office, you will receive an email from Handshake with your invoice and payment information. We accept electronic payment or check. Payment is due March 19, 2025. Your registration is not complete until payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel the registration for any employer who has not paid by the due date. We also reserve the right to decline a registration due to repeated delinquent payments. Should you need to cancel your registration, please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received 6 days or less prior to the event or day-of event no-shows, are non-refundable (see specific dates below). In the event that the fair is cancelled by NDSU due to weather or other campus closure, employers will receive a refund of their fees, less a $50 administrative fee. Registration is non-transferrable. We promote our Career Fairs to the best of our ability, utilizing social media, print media, emails, information sessions, and more. We do not guarantee any level of student attendance and participation, and we do not issue refunds based on student attendance or lack thereof.
- Cancellation on or prior to March 19, 2025: Full refund, less a $50 administrative fee
- Cancellation after March 19, 2025: No refund
Parking: Parking is available for free in several lots on campus. An email will be sent out to the event registrant one week prior to the event with parking passes, maps, and additional information.
