Marketing & Sales Hiring Fair

The Marketing & Sales Hiring Fair is hosted in partnership with the NDSU Center for Professional Selling and Sales Technology (learn more about the Sales Center here). This fair is open to students from NDSU and local universities/colleges.

Student Info:

This fair is open to all NDSU students who are interested in marketing or sales-related employment or internships. Students from MSUM and Concordia are also welcome to attend. No pre-registration is necessary!

What to bring: Student ID and copies of your resume

Prepare for the fair:

  • Check out the Career and Advising Center! We can help with resumes, cover letters, mock interviews, career fair tips, and more. Our office is located in Ceres Hall 306 and we are open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm for drop-in services or by appointment.

Employer Registration Info:

Registration will open in Handshake on July 5th. 

Registration fee: $275

Registration includes: (1) 6′ table, registration and refreshment for 2 representatives, Wi-Fi, and free parking. *Please note that we cannot guarantee access to electricity

Payment: Once your registration is approved, you will be sent an email from Handshake with your invoice and the link to the payment site. Payment is due by September 27th. Your registration is not considered complete until payment is processed. If you do not receive the invoice email, please check your spam and junk folders before contacting Libby Hardwick-Nelson at libby.hardwicknelson@ndsu.edu or 701-231-7172 to resend the email. If you prefer to mail a check, please contact our office to ensure you have the correct mailing address.

Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation is appreciated as soon as possible so we may inform students. Employer cancellation prior to the registration deadline will receive a 50% refund. In the event that the Fair is canceled, companies will receive a refund of their fees, less a $50 administrative fee. Registration is non-transferrable. We promote our Career Fairs to the best of our ability, utilizing social media, print media, emails, text messages, information sessions, and more. We do not guarantee any level of student attendance and participation, and we do not issue refunds based on student attendance or lack thereof.

Parking: Parking is available for free in several lots on campus. An email will be sent out to the event registrant one week prior to the event with parking passes, maps, and additional information.
