Part-Time & Summer Jobs Fair

Do you need a job this summer? Then come to the Part-Time & Summer Jobs Fair! This fair is open to all NDSU students. Come meet employers offering part-time, summer, and/or internship positions both on-campus and off-campus.

What to bring: Student ID and copies of your resume.

Prepare for the fair:

  • Check out the Career and Advising Center! We can help with resumes, cover letters, mock interviews, career fair tips, and more. Our office is located in Ceres Hall 306 and we are open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm for drop-in services or by appointment.

Employer Registration Info:


Registration will open December 1st, 2022. It will close February 17th, 2023 or when space capacity has been filled. The registration fee must be paid by credit card, debit card, or check ONLY and must be paid in full in order to have access to your booth space.

Registration Fee: $200

On-Campus NDSU Entity Fee: $0

Registration includes: (1) 6′ table, (2) chairs, Free Parking, and Wi-Fi. *Please note that we cannot guarantee electricity access to your table.

Payment: Once your registration is approved, you will be sent an automatically generated email from Handshake with your invoice and the link to the payment site. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam and junk folders before contacting Libby Hardwick-Nelson at elizabeth.hardwick@ndsu.edu or 701-231-7172 to resend the email. If you prefer to mail a check, please contact our office to ensure you have the correct mailing address.

Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation is appreciated as soon as possible so we may inform students. Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable per our cancellation policy. In the event that the Fair is canceled, companies will receive a refund of their fees, less a $50 administrative fee. We promote our Career Fairs to the best of our ability, utilizing social media, print media, emails, text messages, information sessions, and more. We do not guarantee any level of student attendance and participation, and we do not issue refunds based on student attendance or lack thereof.

Parking: Parking is available for free in several lots on campus. An email will be sent out to the event registrant one week prior to the event with parking passes, maps, and additional information.
