 About the Host: The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, is the law enforcement and security arm of the U.S. Department of State. It bears the core responsibility for providing a safe environment for the conduct of U.S. foreign policy.

About the Event: Jennifer Danover from the U.S. Dept. of State will discuss career opportunities within the U.S. Department of state, explaining types of positions within Foreign Service and Civil Service careers, what to expect during the application process, and how to begin cultivating transferable skills for federal government work while still in school. Dress attire is casual.
